"Terrible Experience"
What a terrible experience. They strung me along for two weeks. After that time, I discovered that a payment I was trying to collect from a client never went through. Now I’m left looking foolish asking the client to send me money again. It’s no surprise there are only three reviews. One of those seems totally fake since Tyler "Shields" shares the same last name as Darren/Darien "Shields". Speaking of which, that guy needs some serious training or should be let go. I can’t tell if he’s new or just not all there; it took him five days to respond to my simple question. The customer service is ridiculous. Rich was decent, though.
I really don’t want to hear from management saying, "this issue was resolved with the client," because it absolutely wasn’t. Until I see the $10k they messed up for me, nothing has been fixed.
You’d be better off finding another processor. God bless.

I've dealt with plenty of companies similar to this one, and most customer service folks don’t really know their stuff. Usually, I get assistance for what I need at that time, but there was this one guy who really helped me out. He took the time to explain everything so I could truly grasp and benefit from this chex thing. Big shout out to Zack! Someone needs to give this guy a raise!

I usually don’t write reviews for companies, but I just had to share my experience this time. Zack Evans was super helpful in getting me set up on the portal. He guided me through the onboarding steps and got me all set. Even though my account is on the smaller side and my needs aren’t as big as some of the larger clients, I was treated with kindness and made to feel valued. I definitely recommend this service for businesses wanting to streamline their everyday banking tasks and concentrate on expanding their operations.
